Skyward Specialty Names LaFlamme as President

Skyward Specialty has appointed Corey LaFlamme as President of its Captives & Specialty Programs division. LaFlamme brings over 20 years of experience, most recently serving as Head of Programs at The Hartford. Kirby Hill, who previously led the division, will transition to the role of Chairman to focus on business development and mentoring. The leadership changes align with Skyward’s strategic goal of expanding its presence in the growing captive insurance market.
